Paul Campos, a legislation professor on the College of Colorado Regulation College since 1990, settled a lawsuit towards the college for alleged pay discrimination as a consequence of him being Latino.
The settlement, reached on Monday, states that the college denies any wrongdoing and Campos dismissed his claims towards Dean Lolita Buckner Inniss and Chancellor Philip DiStefano, based on courtroom information. The events settled for $160,000, with $60,000 going to Campos and $100,000 going to his legal professional, Daniel Williams of Hutchinson Black and Cook dinner.
