Rajasthan High Court dismisses PIL filed with a prayer for amendment in the constitution to remove certain words

The Rajasthan Excessive Courtroom imposed a Price of Rs. Rs.10,000/- on the Petitioner and dismissed a Public Curiosity Litigation (PIL) filed with a prayer for modification within the Structure to take away sure phrases by substituting acceptable phrases.

The PIL has been filed by Girdhar Lal Acharya  (Aged About 90 Years) with one different.

The petitioner has come out with a prayer for modification within the Structure to take away sure phrases by substituting acceptable phrases as, in keeping with the understanding of the petitioners, these phrases should not acceptable as regards to the excessive constitutional functionaries.   

The Division Bench of Chief Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava and Justice Munnuri Laxman noticed, “This petition is frivolous because it could possibly be”. 

The Courtroom finds that no case is made out for entertaining this petition. “The petition is dismissed with value of Rs.10,000/-.”
