Himachal Pradesh High Court refuses to recall order for removal of IPS officer Sanjay Kundu

The Himachal Pradesh Excessive Courtroom on fused to recall its order for removing of India Police Service (IPS) officer Sanjay Kundu from the submit of Director Common of Police (DGP) of Himachal Pradesh.

The State Advocate Common Anup Rattan had opposed Kundu’s utility for recall of the order to take away him from the DGP submit.

The Excessive Courtroom on October 26, had ordered the State authorities to maneuver the DGP and Superintendent of Police (SP), Kangra, to different posts to make sure honest investigation right into a businessman’s allegations of alleged threats to him.

The threats have been allegedly coming from a retired IPS officer and a senior lawyer. The Courtroom was instructed that the complainant was getting fixed cellphone calls from the DGP’s workplace in reference to the dispute.
