German military introduces central command and new cyber branch

The German minister of defence Boris Pistorius has introduced a complete reform for the German Armed forces on NATO’s seventy fifth anniversary. The army reforms contains the establishing of a brand new central command, which is able to mix the beforehand separate buildings for home and overseas deployments to function beneath a newly established joint command.

Talking in Berlin, Pistorius claimed the reforms would enable for sooner decision-making processes and simpler preparations between the army and the defence ministry. Duties would come with planning high-level assignments and being the principle level of contact for NATO, in addition to different worldwide and nationwide companions.
