Eviction drives: Gauhati High Court takes suo motu cognisance of children living in shelter homes

Whereas posting the matter on  01.05.2024 ,  the Court docket directed the  Senior Authorities Advocate, Assam to submit a report relating to the newest situation of the shelter properties earlier than the Court docket by the following date of listening to.
