17-year-old boy dies after motorbike crash in Garstang Road

A youngster has died following a bike crash in Garstang Street.

Police have been known as to a report of a collision between a Toyota Aygo and a Lexmoto Diablo 125 motorcycle in Claughton-on-Brock on Wednesday (10 April).

The rider of the motorcycle, a 17-year-old boy, later died in hospital. His family members are conscious and are being supported by specifically educated officers.

Sgt. Phil Baxendale, of the Roads Policing Unit mentioned: “At the beginning, my ideas stay with the family members of the rider of the motorcycle at this extremely distressing time.

“We’re persevering with to enchantment for witnesses, and any dashcam or CCTV footage you’ve of Garstang Street across the time of the collision. If you’ll be able to help our enquiries, please get in contact.”
